How to stay fit and healthy in a cubicle

This hub is directed to those who work in office, which sitting down and face the computer for about more than 6 hours, and also less movement but sit and work. You can lessen your boredom by listening to music if you have the opportunity to turn on your radio and mp4. If you are lucky you can browse the social net working facebook or even do something more meaningful by hubbing on hubpages and study some interest topics. If we are working for the sake of work, at least we are lucky because we are employed and get paid every end of the month, thus you can learn something on your work and apply it in your daily life as organization management, interpersonal skill, communication, handling different characters of co-workers and build up a diplomatic personality. Sometimes working in office can be busy if there are demands from superior, clients and among staffs; as the common work office workers did was the paper work, reports and decision making. You have to be professional in dealing within the organization matters, patience counts and self-confidence.
But it could be very boring if there is office season where there is nothing to do or the office is just freeze; and which resulting people go into a group and gossiping , this is actually unhealthy and will created stress environment and bring negativity to your selves also to others. Before you are looking for other things to do, basically you should have the knowledge in doing well your work, be serious when it counts on your appraisal performance but don’t be hard on it.
While you are sitting long hours in the office, definitely it will put you on WEIGHT! And never let your stomach bigger than your head though, it will be horrible, seriously. For those who are matter on health, I have some opinions to help you keep on fit without taking pills or magic lotions which believed can disappear your fats in minutes. Here are some tips;
1) You don’t have to be on a strict diet by only taking certain meals, or taking less quantity of foods. There is no harm rule which restrict you to take food what you love, but be on time in your diet, like breakfast, lunch and dinner with appropriate amounts of snacks and sugar. The result of your body image is usually medium healthy curve (Wasn’t that nice), and in your diet make sure the right healthy nutrition that you take.
2) Do some errands around the office like filing the documents, and carry some boxes. Smiling and laughing is healthy too especially when you in a stress mood. Scandal and gossip issues are common in office, but don’t take it seriously. Bullied at work and being taken advantage on your kindness also one of it but be positive minded, treat them like they are just joking on you, don’t keep it in your heart; Learn to forgive and forget, it is indeed good for inner healing. ( Stress can lead you to depression and increase in appetite)
3) Drink a lot of water. It is better to take warm water, and it doesn’t matter on how many times you go to toilet, because it is actually wash out the negative chemicals and toxins in your body and lessen your stress. You will feel as you can take your work in balance. If you feel thirst, choose water but sometimes you can make your self feel happy to drink some of your favorite, as long it cheers you up but also remember on your health.
Be smart in maintaining your health and your fitness. Discipline is good for good sake. Hopefully this hub can give you the info to stay fit and healthy in office.
